Application by Sun NG Beaver Brook aka Yogi Bear Jellystone Campground 1 Wilson Pond Road Monmouth ME.  The owner proposes improvements to the pool area and development of additional campsites at the campground. Pool area improvements to include a new splash pad

with mechanical building, renovation of the Ranger Station, replacement of the playgrounds, and a new jumping pillow to replace sports courts. Campsite development will include 94 new campsites with access drives, a dog park, septic systems, water distribution, and electric lines to allow connection of existing and proposed sites. The property is located in the Rural Residential. Shoreland and Resource Protection zones on MAP 001 LOT 006B on the Tax Assessor map.

Application for a commercial preexisting Campground Park to rearrange docking facilities on Androscoggin Lake under the Wayne Mobile Home Park, RV Park, and Campground Ordinance (Sec 2 C-3). The proposal reduces the number of current docks from 11 to 3, current boat slips from 38 to 32, and will eliminate all existing moorings and prohibit onshore boat landing. The property is noted on the Wayne tax records as Map 001 Lot 006B.
