Board of Appeals

 

The Board of Appeals hears administrative or variance appeal requests as governed
by the Zoning Ordinance and Title 30-A MRSA §2691.

The Board of Appeals consists of five voting members with staggered three-year terms. 
Annually, the Board elects a chairperson and secretary from its membership. 
The Board of Appeals meets as needed.
