2026 Tax Bills Now Available

The Town of Wayne’s 2026 property tax bills are now available on the Town’s website at this link under Tax Bills > 2026 Tax Bills.

Bills are listed alphabetically, beginning with personal property tax bills, followed by real estate tax bills.

Printed bills will arrive soon in property owners’ mailboxes. The Town mails one bill with three payment stubs. For those paying in installments, the first payment is due Oct. 1, 2026, the second is due January 29, 2027, and April 1, 2027. Interest of 7% per annum will be charged on unpaid balances after each due date.

Wayne’s property tax rate for the 2026-27 fiscal year is 12.5 mils, a 5% increase from last year’s rate of 11.9 mils.
