Select Board Seeking Applications for Vacant School Board Seat

The Town of Wayne Select Board is seeking applications to complete the term for a vacant seat on the RSU 38 School Board. Applicants may then reapply and participate in the nomination process for elections during the annual town meeting in June.

Applications will be available at the town office and online at: www.waynemaine.org/documents - School Board Application. All interested applicants must submit an application by 5 PM, November 12th. Applications may be submitted in person to the town office, located at 14 Kents Hill Road, or via email to townclerk@waynemaine.org. For questions, please call the town office at (207) 685-4983.

Appointment for the vacant seat will be considered by the Select Board at their regular meeting scheduled November 18th, 6:30 PM at the Ladd Recreation Center.
