The Town of Wayne Planning Board will conduct a Public Hearing at the Ladd Rec Center on Gott Road and it will be accessible by Zoom. The purpose of the meeting is to hear the public on the following land site plan application
New Business - Public Hearing
Application by Sun NG Beaver Brook aka Yogi Bear Jellystone Campground 1 Wilson Pond Road Monmouth ME. The applicant proposes improvements to the campground pool area to include a new splash pad with new mechanical building. Other improvements in the pool area include: renovation of the Ranger Station, replacement of the playgrounds, and a new jumping pillow to replace sports courts.
The property is located in the Rural Residential. Shoreland and Resource Protection zones on MAP 001 LOT 006B on the Tax Assessor map.
