Municipal Officers’ Notice of Public Hearing on Secret Ballot Referendum Issue
Notice is hereby given that the Municipal Officers of the Town of Wayne will hold a public hearing on September 15th, 2026 at 6:30 p.m. at the Ladd Recreation Center, 26 Gott Road in said Town to hear public comment on the following warrant article to be voted on at a Special Town Meeting, Secret Ballot Referendum Election on Tuesday, November 3, 2026.
ARTICLE 2. Shall an, “Ordinance Amending the Code of the Town of Wayne” be adopted?
